When you place an order with us
To process and ship your order, we need your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and email address. This information is transferred using SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer), a security protocol that provides the standard of communications privacy over the Internet for all financial transactions. If it is good enough for the banks, it is good enough for us.
We do not receive from you or your credit card company the information on your card even though you enter the number on what appears to be our site. The credit card system sends us only an authorization number to indicate that your credit card was good for the purchase so we can send your order to you. If you order from us again, the we will need to ask for your credit card information again because we didn't get it and so couldn't keep it.
We will not phone you about any non-order-related matter.
We will email you about updates on HIPAA or our other books only if you have registered with us for these not simply if you have made a purchase or sent us email. If you want to be informed of updates to HIPAA, click here.
We will use email to respond to your questions.
We will not spam you or let anyone else do so (to the best of our ability. Spammers are clever).
We do not sell or trade your name to anyone.
When you leave our site

Thank you for your interest and time. If you have questions, please email me.
